| The SSCA will now accept Home Owner payments online by Credit Card (click blue "Credit Card Payment Terminal" link below). We have purchased the software and banking capability to make this happen. Although we have standard cyber security in place, by using this system of payment, owners take responsibility for any potential risk in doing so. Also, because there are fees associated with using a credit card, by using this online payment system, the owner acknowledges an acceptance to pay for the additional fees over and above standard dues or special assessments or other fees.
Monthly Payments will include a $3.00 processing fee which goes to pay for the cost of using this payment system. Fees for returned payments or re-charges are $28. These fees are subject to change when ever the Wells Fargo Bank, American Express or Discover raises fees to the SSCA.
